  • Share order details along with photos or video evidence of the issue

🔁 Replacement Process

  • Once approved, we will reship the correct or replacement item within 1–3 working days
  • A tracking number will be shared once the replacement has been dispatched
  • No extra cost will be charged for the replacement shipment
  • Our standard delivery time is 6–8 business days from the date of dispatch (For Replacement)

💳 Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–4 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
